Worth Waiting For is a sexual abstinence program directed at teens and preteens. The program is designed to help teens/preteens understand God's plan for sex and the physical and emotional consequences of sex outside of marriage. There are many other components to the program, which has been presented in public and private schools, camps, and other venues. 4. Share your commitment with a parent or friend. Make them an accountability partner
5. Discuss your standards with your accountability partner
6. Discuss your goal and commitment with your boyfriend/girlfriend and their commitment to honor your beliefs and values
7. Develop a signal for you and your date to remind each other of your commitment if one of you starts to cross the line
