For the last several years I have felt the need to find ways to share my experiences to help others in ministry. My thought is that if I am having to do something or I am struggling with some aspect of ministry, chances are so is someone else.  My mission statement has become:

 

inspiring kids to imitate God

 

encouraging leaders to inspire kids

 

A few questions everyone in children's ministry should ask themselves:

 

  • Could you use some improvement in your children’s ministry?
  • Would you like to bring your ministry to the next level? 
  • Are you interested in moving forward in your ministry? 
  • Would you be interested in help achieving your ministry goals?

 

 

 

 

If you answered yes to any of the above questions Ron can help. He has over 15 years of children’s ministry experience and is able to bring a unique perspective to your ministry.  He has been a guest panelist on the Kidmin1124 radio program, and is the co-host of The Kid's Ministry Collective which is a radio program dedicated to encouraging and equipping those in children's ministry. Consulting/coaching

 

Let Ron help you evaluate your current children’s ministry. He will help you identify your strengths and weakness, and help you come up with a plan to continue moving forward with your vision.  Even if you don't have a vision yet, he can help.

 

Through phone calls, emails, and/or skype and texts, we will work together to identify your growth potential based on your area of need, strengths and weakness.  We will figure out a plan of action that will take you from where you are to a place closer to where you would like to be. Some examples would be:

 

2 months (2 calls per month=total of 4 calls)

 

4 months (2 calls per month=total of 8 calls)

 

6 months (2 calls per month=total of 12 calls)

Speaking

 

Need a special speaker for your kids or family event?  Ron is a gifted kids speaker and can convey the message of God’s truth in a meaningful and effective manner. He has written and led many VBS programs, chapel programs, mission trips, and children and family programs.  He has also led team training and spoke to groups of parents

 

As director of our Sparks AWANA program, I am thankful for kids ministry workers like Ron Brooks.  (his) teaching captured the interest and attention of each child and helped reinforce some of the Biblical principles we’ve been focusing on with the kids.  I’m looking forward to having him back soon!

Writing
